Also featured in LUXE Magazine in 2016, this project dubbed as ‘Villa on the Gulf’ was designed by Jeff Dungan Architects working with Loewen dealer E.F. San Juan.

Artful Living is a Minneapolis-based quarterly magazine that showcases art, lifestyle and beautiful design. Their Spring 2018 issue features a two-page spread of a project called Lake Minnetonka Residence.

The project proudly features Loewen products, thanks to our friends at Synergy Products (link). Design is by Charles R. Stinson Architecture + Design (link), with Streeter & Associates (link) as the builder.

Window & Door, the publication serving the entire fenestration industry, recently featured the launch of Loewen’s Timber Curtain Wall. The article cites the energy efficiency of the wood frame that comes with the beautiful, expansive views that it offers.

The Loewen Historic Gallery has re-opened after extensive restoration and improvements to the Front Showroom area. Filled with photos and memorabilia from the past 112 years, the gallery shows Loewen’s journey from its humble beginnings in 1905 producing church pews and beekeeping equipment, through all its milestones and achievements to become the company that it is today.

The New American Remodel™ 2018  is a project that aimed to transform an 80-year old residence using all new products and building technologies while maintaining some of its original architectural qualities. The renovated home was revealed at the 2018 International Builders’ Show and exclusively uses Loewen windows and doors.

Making up the 2018 Project Team are Farina & Sons (remodeler), Nasrallah Architectural Group, Gribble Interior Group and Redmond Design Company (landscape architecture). The construction photo gallery can be viewed at this link on the project website. The site also offers a 3D Virtual Tour of the home.

This contemporary residence near the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh, PA was recently shared as a
featured project by Blyth & Shearn, the area’s Authorized Loewen Dealer.

Design firm Fisher Architecture dubbed the project as The River House and describes it as an upside down house. From street level, a metal grating bridge connects to the garage which is actually on the structure’s third floor. With the lower two floors functioning as living spaces, Loewen products were selected to bring in as much of the river view as possible.

Loewen windows and doors capture the picturesque Eastern Washington landscape seen from this property in Manson, WA. Owned by couple Charlie and Tracey Brown, the barn home sits on a 12-acre apple orchard near Lake Chelan.

Windows, Doors & More, the Loewen Window Center of Seattle, shared the information about this creative project as it was recently featured on Portrait Magazine.

Bainbridge Island, WA – Pictured above is the rebuilt residence of Jeanie Ketcham. Four generations of her family called it home, but it was razed by a fire in 2012. In the reconstruction, Ketcham’s architect and builder chose Loewen windows to help recapture the feeling of living in the original house with its sweeping vista of Puget Sound.
