The Divine House is a true collaboration between the homeowners, Cunningham | Quill, The Sanders Company and Loewen. The team created a home that is an example of great architecture and design that delivers a beautiful and comfortable living space to their clients.
This state of the art contemporary home with modern elements has been constructed with high-end materials, including: the finest tiles and stones, custom cabinetry throughout, Waterworks fixtures, sand-blasted marble patios, level 5 drywall finish and premium Loewen windows.
The goal was to create practical but luxurious office spaces that melded with the beautiful and desirable housing that maximised common use spaces.
The 2,800-square-foot house is designed to be completely self-sufficient, with solar panels, a wind turbine and a backup generator providing power. Even the rainwater is captured in giant cisterns stored in two deep wells hidden from view.
