Built by the homeowner, this project faced many considerable challenges – being a pandemic-era build and requiring a lot of installation during the harsh winter. In the end, however, all this just contributed to an extremely satisfying conclusion, when the homeowners meticulous craftsmanship was complete, and the phenomenal design work by Todd Barber was displayed in it’s entirety.

Notable fenestration pieces are the Loewen Timber Curtain Wall throughout, a beautiful floor-to-ceiling Loewen BiFold door, and two corner window units that serve to open up the space even more. Interiors are clear Douglas Fir, exteriors are extruded aluminum cladding in Graphite.
